Primary Cutaneous CD30 (-) Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma: A Rare Case Report
Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma (PC-ALCL) is a rare type of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma comprising approximately 0.9 9.0% of all cutaneous lymphomas. 75% of them are CD30 positive. PCALCL is characterized by the absence of systemic involvement, spontaneous regression and low recurrence rate especially in localized lesions. We present a 33-year-old male with a 1-year history of asymp...

Primary cutaneous CD30+ T cell lymphoma is rare lymphoma originally in and confined to the skin. These lymphomas usually present as a large solitary and often ulcerated nodule. Its prognosis is a good and has a good response to radiotherapy. We report a 34- year- old man who had primary cutaneous CD30+T cell lymphoma on his face, which presented as an ulcerated nodule.

Primary cutaneous CD30 + anaplastic large cell lympho-mas (pc-ALCL) belong to the group of rare, non-mycosis fungoides T-cell lymphomas (1). Similar to lymphomatoid papulosis the characteristic immunohistochemical finding of pc-ALCL is CD30-positivity of infiltrating neoplastic T cells. To date, only limited data is available on the treatment of pc-ALCL and current recommendations are largely b...

متن کاملCD30+ Cutaneous Anaplastic Large-Cell Lymphoma of the Upper Eyelid: A Case Report
CD30+ cutaneous anaplastic large-cell lymphoma is part of the CD30+ T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders. This type of lymphoma is in most cases indolent, with a high survival rate. We report the case of a 59-year-old patient with a 1-month lasting crusty lesion of the upper eyelid. Eyelid involvement is very uncommon, as the most frequent locations are the trunk and the limbs.
